So I've been thinking about this, but does anyone agree with me that we should have some form of auto-spectator mode for people who are idle in the tomb? The reason i ask is because there tend to be a lot of people who will take up team spots but never play, so I'll have to move them to spectator mode until the map changes, then I have to repeat. I also would like to be able to idle my computer when I'm in school or sleeping inside the tomb so I can help keep player numbers up, even if I'm just in spec mode. If the map changes and I'm idled in there with the current settings, then I'm on a team again and people can pwn me freely when I'm sleeping and whatnot. Yeah, sometimes people can't help but leave the comp and forget to go spectate...then get milked for points while they are away. Or worse, the team gets owned from being out numbered. Maybe an auto-spec when idle for 3 mins?
But I am not so sure staying in spectator mode in game just to increase numbers is a great idea. I would hate to join the game, thinking you were playing to only find you as a spectator. When drunk and can't aim for your life, trust the crowbar.  OMG LOOK AT THE AWESOME HL PROGRESS!

I agree - idle a few minutes = auto-spec. It's so obnoxious when you are on a team full of AFKers - it is funny sometimes to use them as cover on pedestal but besides that it sucks. Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.

Start the match auto-spec. Idle means they're gonna get killed at the start of every round. I've SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO been meaning to mention this to Grumps- I've said it on the server about a bajillion and a half times. Me-sa? Well- I poppwe in last night, you saw me- but then I timed out after a whole like half a map. School and homework and everything has caught up with me. I'm missing out on all the new maps coming into the Tomb and all the changes and stuff! I lost all my skill too. Found that out yesterday lmao. Looks like weekends and late Fridays/Thursdays are gonna be my only times for a portion of this year. I mean- my schedule is jam packed this semester College Philosophy, Engineering Design+Drawing, Pre-Calc, College Economics, Architectural Drawing 1, and Mass Media  I miss you guys.
