i think they should reset each month, with a montly " winner " and stats over the months are also kept somewhere....i mean.... may 2008 june 2008 jully 2008 and you can still see what stats you did on each months....thats my idea....

I voted quarterly. Anything less means that you have to play almost every day to keep up with the pack, and any more time than that you start to run into the situation we ahve now....where the top players are 100k points above anybody else, and there is basically no way to catch them unless they just stop playing for 30 days and fall off for inactivity.

Yeah i put to clear it someway. (Other to be exact) I'm sure every few months or w/e is fine.
Even after a 2-3 week break from playing this game and now an hour or so a day i'm still right on top of everyone else without any problems...

Unless there is a clear winner can we have another vote with less options? (i.e. the top ones from this vote). I voted yearly, but I see the merits in never resetting them and in resetting them on a shorter interval. Re: New people not moving up - I lose like 40 or 50 points a death to fuckloads of people and only gain 1 point from killing the vast majority of people, I think most of the other top players do too. It seems like it should be fairly easy to rack up massive points. No idea if that is actually the case, but it seems that way. Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.

I voted quarterly, but I do have a question... Would you lower the starting kill number then or would it recognize that you have already reached that "milestone"? If you would have to satisfy that milestone again, I would suggest to lower the starting kill quota to like 100-250 or something.
