Ok my very faithful until recently Linksys router died recently.  I purchased a Linksys WRT160N which works but not as good as the old one.  Here is my problem.  Can I use a Wireless G access point as a repeater with my wireless N router to extend my signal.  The Linksys site gives step by step instructions for setting it up with another wireless G router but does not say whether it is possible with a wireless N router.  Suggestions?

I don't think the standard firmware on the WRT160N  has the ability to use with a repeater, but you could go better with a DD-WRT firmware that does if I am correct.
