And I don't know Bike,I didn't buy it because if I had enough money to buy a laptop I'd buy an Alienware on credits instead...My parents don't want to buy on credits...
l2google? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130085&Tpk=evga%208600gt When I bought it ( a little over a year ago ) it was $170. It's critical to understand just how powerfully current hardware outpaces current software, with relation to gaming. It's the one of the biggest marketing shticks on the planet, and I pity the fool that falls for the 1GB video memory 9600 whatever. With regards to Alienware laptops, the idea of the gaming laptop came and went ages ago. Part of me chuckles heartily when I see anyone using it for anything other than image/video processing and editing. I hope they enjoy the overheating and jet-engine cooling systems, because it's the closest thing to a damned sunburn they'll ever have. Safety + Peace
