I play alot on the temptest server and since I quit playing WoW I have lost all of my old CS/Steam friends so I'm looking for a community to play some games with!
My Gaming History
PC Games - It all started when I was 11 Years old.
1996 - Played Quake 1 Deathmatch
1996-1999 Played Team Fortress Mod for Quake 1 (Best version of TF ever, better than TFC for HL and better than TF2) Participated in Fortress Fest Tournament.
1999 - Played Half-Life story mode and While browsing for Mods came across Counter-Strike Beta 2.
1999-2004 - Played Counter-Strike, Particicapted in Cal Seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and made Cal-m in Season 6 with Forty-Oz my clan at the time.
2005-2008 - Played World of Warcraft , level 60 Raiding finished AQ 20, AQ 40, BWL, MC and some of OG Naxxarramas. Level 70 Raiding cleared All content from Kara to Sunwell Plataeu
2008 - Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, Half-Life 2 Deathmatch . Quit Playing WoW 1 Week before WOTLK came out due to them making Raids 5 year old friendly, the challenge is gone.

Call of Duty 5, Gears of War 2, Halo 3, Unreal Tournament 3 are the games I play the Most.
About Myself: My name is robert, I work full time as Accounts Payable for a Multi-Million dollar company. As well goto school part time. Playing video games has always been a huge part of my life, as well as the friendships that can be built over the internet. I have a girlfriend who plays video games as well, shes a pretty descent at Heavy Weapons.

I played the shit out of Quake 1 DM and TF. I wouldn't exactly say it was better than TF2, that's a stretch...I'll say this though, TF2 plays exactly like the old TF. It "feels" the same... Only people who played TF, TFC, and TF2 probably know what I am talking about. If you only played TFC you probably think I am crazy...but im not.
Shit I remember when GL quake was first released....Holy shit I thought I was in heaven. All the browns looked more vivid and brownlike.

heh I read the rules before I posted this.
The only arguement i can make about TF for Quake being better than TF:2 is the Soldier Rockets, They flew much faster , the quake style rocket launcher will always been my favorite because of its speed and FEROCITY!
I was also a bigger fan of the old school sniping system when you could focus your red dot without zooming in , and use "FOV" Console commands to control your level of zoom. Allowed more versatility as a sniper. Now offensive sniping is damn near impossible :D

alright, welcome to the recruit phase then. you can now add the tags {pDs} (to the front) and [R] (at the end of your name) and you keep them there for 2 weeks. after that, we (the pDs members) will hold a vote in our super secret private forum. if you want to have the greatest chance of getting in, be a regular on both the servers AND the forums. if you want to go above and beyond, go ahead and have a one on one talk with some pDs members via Steam Friends or forum PM's or whatever. good luck and see you in two weeks! Man this guy is good. I mean really good. Like aimbot good. I spec'd him 3 or 4 times to make sure he wasn't cheating and he wasn't, he's just really good. haven't seen him that much, but when I have, he's been a good guy. I'll probably vote yes.
