My wife looked me in the face last night and with a dead serious demeanor asked that question.  She made it clear she was not talking about the balls.  What should be my answer?

Realistically I don't think penises have sweat glands. That wouldn't make much sense. I know my balls sweat, but I've never felt my penis sweat.
