Go to FPSBanana, find some maps, post the hyperlinks here, and chances are Leon'll set up a test run within 4 hours. I don't see what the big deal is. I never liked Q. Too much unnecessary drama. Win Cookies Awarded: 7 (bawwwwww)

I kind of got into playing on Q while the WDF servers were out-of-date and empty over the holidays. Sorry, but even starting a game wouldn't have helped because no one could see that the servers existed.
The problem is WDF JUST got rid of the dedicated servers, and Q had some excellent ones. I'd rather hop between servers and play what I feel like when I feel like it, then wait for a fav map to show up on a lenghty rotation. Now I'm stuck with something like EGO, which I really can't stand playing on due to all kinds of late-night bullshit that goes on (yes Q had a fair bit, but Ego takes the cake on unplayable but full servers).
The point of this thread is that like a dozen constantly full servers just disappeared with players lost and looking for somewhere to play; it would be a good time to try to make a run at collecting some of those users. Even if it involves Q-style bullshit such as tons of fake players, padding the beginning of the server name with that character to get at the beginning of the list, etc.

Oh, and "Kind of sucks that we no longer have the dedicated servers" is referring to the fact that as of a few days ago there are no longer any dedicated Tempest servers for Dustbowl, Goldrush, etc. I see Q disappearing as a potential opportunity to grow Tempest, but it just finished shrinking. :-(
