I've been getting this error for the past two days and it's starting to really baffle me. I've completed all of the steps in the Steam Support site for this error, but I am wondering if anyone has any insight as to what else might be causing this issue. Anyone have any tips? This happens for all of my games. {pDs} Lead Salad: bike why did you change your name

ive had this problem before. best thing to do is completely uninstall every game via steam, uninstall steam, and deleting the steam directory. Redownload it and re-install all your games. i don't think it's that complicated unless you are joking. just reinstall steam if it happens really often. usually it is when they are either working on an update or your steam hasn't updated in a while.
