You need to ease into it. You can't just stick it in. I've found toys are often the best method to get the ball rolling. However, starting with your pinky finger and working more fingers in gradually seems to help loosen it up. Those who are really tight need some serious TLC before actual penetration can happen. You need to be willing to dedicate some serious time to foreplay before you can actually get what you want.
