*snicker* That was sarcasm. Russia is not really a democracy. Then again, neither is America, really. I thought giller was trying to imply Russia is still the USSR. Which is somewhat true, figuratively. I'm not a walking citation machine but discuss the matter with any Russian expatriate. Chances are they'll agree.
