I'm sleeping all the time. I feel unmotivated. I am constantly tired. I can't think. I can't write. I am incoherent. I procrastinate on all tasks. I feel empty and worthless.
:(
Help.

I just did the same thing while being unemployed. I also went through a period of massive clinical depression. I don't have much good advice to give except to do something constructive. Once I realized I was at the same point mentally as when I used to play slice and dice on myself I started going to the gym and helping my buddy do his day-job, not for pay, just for something to do.
Best thing to do is simply to do something. Stop spending time thinking, just do something. Oh, and video games don't count.

Depression. It's not an easy one to solve, but I would recommend doing stuff outside the house as much as possible. Ahh crap had it right, start going to the gym. It'll get those endorphins flowing and you'll start feeling better about yourself and you'll have more energy. get your ass to mars

CAll your buddies up. Play some games. Go for a walk. Read a book. Keep your hands full, but not with your dick. Go somewhere where the weather isn't fuck-this-i-hate-life 200 days out of the year. Smile. Don't need a reason. Play Crayon Physics. Find some new games. Go on a wikipedia hunt. Clean your place. Organize something. Throw away old stuff. Clean out your refrigerator. Plan pranks on your unwitting cohabitants. There's a billion and a half things to do. Do some.
I only say this because I go through the same thing every here and there. I've found the trick is to keep your mind busy. If it lulls, your mind wanders into purely destructive places. That's when the suits will call it clinical depression and get you to pay money to fix it. 4 times out of 5 though, the cure is free. Safety + Peace

Exercise. It will make you feel better. If you can't exercise, just put on your sneakers, running shoes, Vans, whatever, and walk 10 minutes out your front door. At the end of the 10 minutes, turn around and retrace your steps back home. There, 20 minutes of exercise that costs you nothing to do. And you probably need to start hanging out with people. When you get up, get some sun on your face. Masterbate. A lot. You should be more like Cantrip. Twitchy: "I pulled a Cantrip . . ." GivePeaceAChance: "If the Tempest had nipples, I'd pinch that shit." Xylicon: "I'm about to deliver my [Richard] in your face for posting that stupid shit. " WDF?: "He keeps reaming me... night after night... I'm rather sore." GivePeaceAChance: "OMG MY NIPS ARE HARD" llenta: "cantrip, you fail!!!" Filliam H. Muffman: "i'm on top of dick"

Depression. I have that thing called "seasonal depression." It's a result of living in Seattle. As T-Bam said, 200 days out of the year it's dark when I wake up and it's dark when I go to bed. It's cold, cloudy, and gray. It's no wonder we have such a high suicide rate. Then summer comes and I'm happy-go-lucky again. I've found getting up earlier helps, as does going to bed at a decent hour. Personally I've found that cleaning is the best medicine for me. If I get my room or my house fucking spotless and pimped out, I feel great. It's nothing like crawling into bed at night with fresh sheets and a clean ass organized room. But the cleaning keeps my mind off of my demons, which is most important. I can relate, Gazzic. I am at the lowest in my life that I can remember. However, over the past two days I've begun to do productive things. It's not easy to get started and as you pointed out you aren't motivated, but once you get started, don't stop until you finish whatever you're doing. You'll feel much, much better.

They said: 1- Go to the gym -- Who the fuck wants to get out and buy a pass? It's expensive, you don't know how to use most of the machines, and everyone there is just gonna stare at you right? 2- Get up earlier -- Yeah, but then you'll just set the alarm for later anyways, every time, without fail 3- Clean the house / do something productive -- You can have the best intentions but when five days straight nothing gets done you can pretty much give up on that idea. You didn't give us much to go by, but from what you *did* give us, holyjaw recommends you: Get off your ass and call her and straighten shit out. It's the only way to get out of your funk. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

You guys are such a lovely bunch of fellows.
Thanks for the support and suggestions. I've decided to start working out again and I'm also getting some blood tests done. Hopefully everything works out.
p.s.
Masturbation.... ummmmm.... I have that covered, but thanks anyways. Not that you guys want to know that or anything. :(

I've posted this before long ago. We all know you have a foot fetish. Here's a little something to get you a hard-start on your masturbatory sessions: You should be more like Cantrip. Get a hobby. Mine is lighting. I'll go to home depot and buy the basic stuff I'll need and then go home and build some lights for a couple hours and hook em up. Not anything special really, but if you can create something, you'll feel baller.
