The Kia tech obviously did not communicated this properly...or wasn't experienced enough in handling this kinda thing...but its not all that uncommon. I did alignments all throughout highschool and college and an heavy person can throw off the camber significantly enough to cause pull. I never approached it from the you are too fat angle ROFL...
I sometimes would have the customer sit in the driver seat, but covered it up with some bullshit like: "I need you to make sure the steering wheel is straight" or that "I need to offset the camber adjustment to actual road conditions" or something along those lines. Or I would have a couple guys who we guessed weighed about the same as teh driver sit up in the seat and on the sides. There are alot of ways to get around this fat bitches problems without hurting her sensibilities.
I dunno its been a while since I have worked on Front ends....Kia's are pretty cheap cars....they might just have Toe adjustment and have locked camber and caster...wouldnt surprise me. Only reason I can think of that would prevent them from just making it work.

I am monkey tilting right now. Perhaps I am a insensitive douche but how is this KIA's fault. Isn't the guy stating a fact? I mean the girl had a problem, they tried to resolve the problem for her, she kept complaining and then the workers figured it out and told her the truth, I mean does she not realize she is overweight. Seems to be a deeper psychological problem and I really hope the guy working on the car was not repremanded(so?) too harshly.
