I was never really a huge fan of Miller's Sin City series but I do like the art style he used in it, which is why I decided to do something similar with todays comic. And let's face it, a more broody, dark Mario game would be pretty awesome, if just for a change of pace. NOT a crappy sidenote like Shadow the Hedgehog, but something more in the style of Paper Mario, only instead of whimsical fun, there's murder and child molestation!

...okay, maybe it's not such a good idea.
