Maybe, like me, had enough of the forums being so slow and bugging out everytime you post. and other things such as WDF? not being active enough and listening to the community and removing the fake player count off the servers.

Generally the reason is because the forum sucks ass at the moment. I've attempted to compose a couple of eloquent posts over the past few weeks but the forums keep crapping out and after trying to post the thing over and over and failing I rage quit. I understand that we're waiting on some new boards and times are tough right now but the infrastructure here is pretty piss poor at the moment and more than likely discourages people from posting. I'm the leetest one here

Yeah, it's my fault. I'm just going to come out and say it. You generalize everything. You assume that because you dislike something that everyone dislikes something. Regardless of how often I attempt to explain the reasons we do things the way we do here, you ignore it completely and make blanket statements about how "everyone hates this." For the last time, it's pretty easy to figure out whether or not a server has fake players in it. Without the fake players, we have no players. With the fake players, you end up with a minor annoyance. Seems to me that players over no players is a good alternative. Furthermore, I have five people capable of making server alterations. FIVE. Splinter, Dragon, Endyss, BelPimp, and Sunfox. All of them are available to listen to you whine in my absence, yet at the end of the day regardless of whatever failsafes I put in place to ensure that through my absense this community can carry on it still comes full circle back to it being my fault. Fuck that.

Im returning here as much now as I can since my rig has finally been upgraded with the requirements to stop crapping out on me. Yeah sorry, its as much as my fault for not being around enough since Ive been trying to fix my comp from crapping out on me every 10 mins. Im sorry, but actually you'll find that the majority of the community dislikes it.

Like I've said before, with the fake player count it does seem to attract more players, which I know is why you've done this, but now with a large amount of other servers doing it, it's become an in-effective way of attracting new players to the servers. Also with Steam planning on delisting all servers with fake players will mean less players will be able to find the servers.
