I'm pretty sure that should be retitled "look at my dioramas!"
If they weren't so over-the-top it would have been more impressive. Between the music and excess it just looked like something a coked out 16 y/o goth kid would crank out.

You put in food and actually get poop out of it. Think he does a ton of artwork using the aformentioned poop as well. Sorry brits, but turn out better stuff. Though I admit, the piece with the beef heart and the fly zapper is pretty cool
