So, you may have seen my other thread about the second round of finals and the teams that were playing in those matches. However, this is the finals. Not only that, it has the two best teams going at it: CompLexity and Pandemic. I'll give a little synopsis of the teams in a little bit. Pandemic vs. CompLexity
11 PM EST tonight (April 27)
Map: Best of three. Each team picks one, and if it's tied after those two maps, a third one is picked.
CompLexity: Scout - oPlaiD Scout - sycknesS Demoman - dummy Soldier - Reptile Soldier - REP Medic - pyyyour Pandemic: Scout - carnage Scout - enigma Demoman - Solid Snake Soldier - relic Soldier - Jaeger Medic - glue These two teams are the biggest rivals in 6v6 competitive play. They are the two best, and Pandemic just recently beat CompLexity in the CEVO finals, dethroning them as the kings of TF2 (which they held for a long time). CompLexity wants revenge, I'm sure. They have one of the best soldiers, Reptile, and a brand new medic that used to play with Dynamic, pyyyour, who is amazing. Pandemic has the best scout combo, and carnage is an amazing sniper too. You'll see a little bit of everything in this game. The last matches I posted about were good, but this one will just be amazing. BUT BIKE HOW DO I WATCH BRAH? Two ways. You can go to www.pwnage.tv and click on their live stream of the match (which will be live at the time of the match), and watch the match in a video feed and get commentary, or you can view through the source tv, which I will post a link to around 15 minutes before the match starts. Like before, the STV will let you watch anyone you want on either team, or free spectate, and pwnage.tv restricts you to what the commentator wants to see, but you'll get a better rundown of what's going on if you're not very familiar with competitive play. {pDs} Lead Salad: bike why did you change your name

you forgot to speak about Dummy... dummy is one of the best demoman, just that this guy sometimes plays at his best...and sometimes is nothing but a casual skilled player... this is going to be the main factor in this match, if dummy is better than solidsnake CoL is going to win. CoL NEEDS to contain carnage when he is scout because if carnage drops from scout to sniper its going to get even worst for pendy, not that carnage is bad at sniper but running 1 scout in a match againts 2 scouts is hard, because the two scouts are going to pick carnage when he snipes. also about carnage, i played sniper 1v1 with him, and he is not so fantastic, there is some better snipers in other ESEA teams that did not make it to finals. all that to explain that carnage NEEDS to play scout alot more than sniper, he is going to switch to sniper on last capture points that are usual easy to defend ( exemple on granary ) to pick the medic and call his team to rush in. if i can make a prediction.... CoL is going to pick granary because soldier work on that map is the key and their soldiers are better pandemic will pick badlands because scout work on that map is the key and their scouts are WAY better the other map might be either freight or gravel pit and both teams are about even on those maps... i predict that CoL gets revenge, because dummy is going to step up. if you wonder where we finished in ESEA league...well we finished with a great 0-8 roster...it was our first real league atempt and our 3 best players left to FYC esport's team so we had to drop out from some matches...not trying to find excuses...but with a complete roster i beleive we would have make it into top 15 teams... all that to explain that either complexity or pandemic are a step or two ahead of any other team..... ( inevitableDemise are pretty awesome too )

Dummy is good, but I do believe Solid Snake is better in general. Dummy has stepped up a lot and has done some great work since Alexwut became inactive. You're completely right though, if Dummy can keep Solid Snake in check, then it will really help coL. I totally disagree on your map choices, though. coL has a historic weakness on granary, and lost 5-1 against Pandemic on that map in the CEVO finals. Traditionally coL has been more about badlands and especially, gravelpit, which I suspect would be one of their choices (with granary probably Pandemic's). Carnage is definitely not the best sniper, but he is a great sniper. The thing is, he won't just go sniper unless they need him to. If he's going sniper it means one of two things: they are keeping him from doing anything effective as a scout (which is less likely), or they are advancing to the last few points and need to penetrate a point defense, which is something I can see better. I think the overall key to this match is pyyyour. If he can uber at the right time and keep Reptile alive (which really is a core factor to CompLexity), then it will be extremely close. If pandemic's scout combo rapes pyyyour, it's over. I think 2:1 Pandemic, but a close game. Oh yeah, iD split a few weeks ago. I believe some of them are now backup for Sway, and others starters for Dynamic. At least, these past few matches. {pDs} Lead Salad: bike why did you change your name

yes complexity isnt so good on granary, but its obvious that they are going to have to play it because pandy knows that too....and i can tell you that we scrimed complexity and it apears to me that they practiced on ONLY one map for that final....and its granary...thats why i beleive they are going to pick it...because they know that if they win on granary...they are going to win the overall final... thats what i think... but its going to be a great match...

if someone can show me how to post a demo on the forum i have the complete ESEA demo about the match that was won 2-1 by pandemic pandemic won 5-3 on granary complexity won 5-4 on badlands pandemic won in OVERTIME on gravelpit 2-1 p.s : i have the demo on every map
