He was definitely resisting arrest, though the cop's response to "What am I under arrest for?" was kind of insane: "It doesn't matter." Yikes, I'd resist too (though probably not sing)! HolyJaw wrote:In the end, everything Endyss said.

Bald Cop #1: Pursue? Bald Cop #2: I say we just forget about this one. Bald Cop #1: Should we call it in? Bald Cop #2: Do you want to write this report? Bald Cop #1: Right. Say, is that a Krispy Kreme over there? Bald Cop #2: Un-hunh. [to cameraman] You will delete that, right? CameraMan: Oh sure. Bald Cop #2: I don't want to see that shit on YouTube, you hear? CameraMan: Absolutely.

Both parties are wrong. Although we don't know why he was being arrested in the first place. Cops need to identify why they are arresting someone... God I hate the fucking anti-police activists with their bullshit. There's a functional way of handling a situation and then there's what this prick did. Singing? Give me a break.

Bullshit. You would go into the back of the car...get taken down to the station...spend a few hours there while they decided they if they could formally charge you with whatever. If there was really nothign there...you would be out in less that 48 hours. (Within hours if have access to an attorney) I have been actually arrested and charged. I think I was held for 5-6 hours. (not somethign im particularly proud of, but young men get into trouble sometimes) Quote:

I don't think he is anti-cop or any kind of activist, I think he is just a bit crazy. Maybe he actually is a poet and/or artist as he claims, it seems they are all a bit mad. I do think he resisted, which isn't surprising since the cops didn't seem to know wtf they were doing. I would of been skeptical that those were real cops if I were him, even without the insanity. They were just super incompetent, probably because they didn't feel comfortable using their normal methods with a camera on them. They looked uncomfortable and nervous the entire time and were hesitating way too much. The taser was pretty fucking stupid, it's not supposed to be used for pain compliance but they always use it that way, in this case it seemed to unexpectedly supercharge the nutjob which was fucking awesome. The cops said he had a warrant out for his arrest. They gave him a reason, and he just kept arguing with it, after that they don't have to keep telling him, he was clearly just trying to make it seem like they were doing something wrong, when they were just doing their job, and weren't gonna bs around with him.
