The tension here is palpable.... this is an argument for computer "nerds"(I say this in quotes because nerd means someone who knows what they are talking about for the most part). There are many sides to this argument but me, I just install all of my games and permanent programs on a separate hard drive while leaving the windows install on a smaller one with things like a web browser and other downloaded programs. Whether this will save me in the end I do not know but it has worked fine so far.... I just reinstall windows whenever it gets finicky, and I use AVG free... Whatever, I barely know what I am talking about. If it does not work I shake it and shoot it till it does. End of story.

I use AVG, but I'm sure there are plenty good ones out there. I don't like spybot that much, I use MalwareBytes and CCleaner along with AVG for my computer cleaning needs. If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. - Carl Sagan My Backpack
