In its defence, TF2 did not invent the class based FPS shooter genre. They didn't invent the sniper or "generic dude with big gun and lots of HP". Also, you pick up weapons. Thats just dumb. If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. - Carl Sagan My Backpack

Also, you pick up weapons. Thats just dumb. you are right. Teamfortress did. But since they (the original modders work for valve) are responsible for that I think they have some credit due Quote:

Being of sound mind now, I still like this game. The terms "ripoff" or "copycat" betray the fact that this is far from a copy-paste game. It clearly shares mechanics and can be said to bear total similarity to TF2, but the art and style is clearly still very fleshed out in a more original vein. It uses many of the same principles, but then applies the "asian" paint to the template, bringing the experience that we westerners feel to an asian audience. I would be 0% surprised to hear that this was a localization effort, much like CSS was localized for asian audiences. Safety + Peace

I think my favorite part is where 3Bam managed to maintain all his dignity through sheer bravado. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

I love the heavy so much, but the engi isn't skimpy enough. Yes, I just critiqued that. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....
