I hate that. I am a cat person. It is no consolation but you had a lot of time with him. You have memories.

Sorry to hear about your cat. It's tough to lose a pet/friend.

Im really sorry.
My bunny died during surgery. I still haven't gotten over it and it'll be a year this Nov.
I made a gravestone for him. That kinda helped. If you wanna talk let me know, I here for you.

I had a giant of an orange cat named Frisky for about 10 years who was the most person compatible animal in the world. He would stand up to tons of unintentional abuse by my little siblings and was remarkably intelligent for a cat. One day an eagle picked him up and ripped up his torso. After escaping with his life intact he became thin and starved and would not eat. He was dying slowly and it pained us to watch. One day my father took him into the woods and ended his life to save him the pain of a slow death. It was the only time I have seen my father cry.

Having had cats all my life (allergic to dogs) and having three currently, I want to let you know that I am sorry. That shit is never easy.

We had a yellow lab named Wilson (named after the character on Home Improvement, my sister's idea) from the time I was 8 until I was about 20 and a half. He died while I was serving a mission in germany, the day after I phoned home for mother's day. I still miss him and wish that I could have said goodbye, he was the best dog.
