That's a troll, you n00b. Kelsey.Bertha.Chuck. "Life is like a gumball machine because you never know what you are going to get until you open up the little door at the bottom, and sometimes it is poop because some homeless guy has put poop in the gumball machine."

I'd have to say the only drug that I actually enjoyed when taking it was LSD. Sugar cubes are ok but the best times I had where with Black Pyrimads. Now I'm sure looking back I shouldn't have done them due to the health risk etc that aside however I believe it did break down a few barriers in my mind about the world, or constructed a drug induced fabrication whichever you feel suits your frame of referance. 1st Thing that was broken down for me was the interconnectivity of energy in the world and its muti faceted layers. 2nd That my view is just that, one shot, one angle, one responsive cameraman from a interactive movie of life. That camera contains all the past and present or encryptded dispostional filters making each shot unique to this universe. Kinda think of myself as standing in a church with a stained glass window. The "Real" unfiltered universe aka "Truth", with a big "T" for those that took logic class, is the sun on the outside of that colored window representing my heart and mind. Since I am inside I can only feel, smell, taste and hear the filtered universe as my mind takes in the sun shining through the stained glass. I imagine that pure thing on the otherside to be God or whatever named/unnamed singularity. Will I not know or feel the real Truth until I can remove the filters in my window changing the hues daily with my current dispositions? Don't forget that in this church there can be mutiple windows relating to the people around in your life. Some windows are right there next to mine like my wifes but others can just make cameo apperances changing the mood of the room for the day. Some peoples windows are there so long that you take thier light for granted, as being a permante fixture and when the window goes the illumination in the church sees a dark day when friends and loved ones close the shutters of this world. I guess one can try to be as pure and emotionaly detached in order to make that stained glass window as transparent as possible. ( Think Budda Essence ) But one might be suprised to find that possibly our windows where made to be as beatifully colorful as possible. Look around I dont think any creator we can pin this experience on to be a big fan of vanilla.

I know it was very small and it tasted horrible as it kinda melted into my tounge and I melted into everything. It was powerful stuff and I believe a "good" or "bad" trip depends on the situations your in. I felt safe where I was whenever I did it and always came off with a positive experiance. I was also there with people I trusted. I had a buddy who tripped with a sadistic girlfriend that gave him a bad episode on purpose and he ended up in a corner in a ball. So enviornment and friends count for alot. I watched Alice in wonderland one time also. When the cards "spades" (death) where painting the roses red I got kinda sad but didnt evaluate why until I was over the trip. I think I boiled it down to the phrase "painting the roses red" coming from a soldiers mouth to mean they are there paint the roses red with blood. Both thiers and others. Basicly a soldiers life at its most fundumental nature regardless of era or cartoon context. In the spaceship wonderland of 7-11 (think quickiemart) I even kept a strate face as Chester Cheeta hopped from bag to bag. When I was tripping I even still did normal things like shopping and ironing my clothing for the next days work. People looked at me and said how the hell can you even accomplish what your doing right now? I said its what I do. I consider myself detached when appropriate and empathetic when nessesary. Lately after my trip to Afghanistan, this time as a civilian, I think I've opened up a bit more but I get a bit too emotional over complete strangers plights.

Full of fucking win. I may never try acid due to my wont to stick to organic things, but if I ever were to, I'd look upon this as a reason why. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

FYI, the effective dose of LSD is extremely tiny relatively to most other drugs. If anyone tries to pass off a pill as acid just say no! If it's a tiny little piece of gelatin it is probably very good, if it's liquid it's probably really good and you should go easy until you know its potency. I don't know how things are these days but about 10 years ago there was a big lab in an underground missile silo in Kansas or some other shithole that supposedly supplied about a third of the planet with very high quality LSD. I've heard that after it was raided LSD quality and supply went down very noticeably, I have no idea what the market is like now though. If I remember correctly they only caught the two chemists who ran the lab, they got life in prison. Dunno if the market has recovered yet, I'd imagine their org has found some new chemists but from what I understand LSD production tends to be ideologically motivated rather than financial. It's profitable per dose but the demand for it is allegedly pretty small, considering that anyone who wants to trip can just grow their own shrooms and people are into this "natural" bullshit, I wouldn't be surprised if it's very hard to find outside of Europe. I have to agree with War on it being a great experience, but I really think it's much more than recreational and should be avoided if you are just looking to have some fun. One of the strangest experiences of my life: In college there was a party in the apartment I shared with a few other people, I wasn't there but the next day one of my roomates said some random hippie dumped a vial of what he said was liquid LSD into a bottle in the fridge and to not drink out of it. So the bottle sat there, we joked about it on occasion but no one touched it. I remember checking out the label to see what it was made of and that it had a few kinds of juice, among other things. LSD is fragile, regular tap water will destroy it within a day or two. In theory, if LSD was actually poured into the bottle the ingredients of the drink should of destroyed it all before the end of the week. A month or three later I was hanging out with a friend and one of my roomates, the friend mentioned being curious about LSD. We told him the story of the bottle and decided that the three of us would try it on the off chance that a little bit of the alleged LSD had miraculously survived for so long. We put on this movie: There's a threshold where you hit the maximum effective dose of LSD, anything over that doesn't have any measurable effect. I think for most people it's around 800 micrograms. Take at least this much and you will trip as hard as a person can trip from LSD. It's an extremely tiny amount relative to other psychoactive drugs, but for most people 100mcg is a good sized dose of LSD. You can probably see where this is going by now. About 15 minutes into Beverly Hills Ninja it went from stupid movie to profound religious experience. We had taken at least the maximum effective dose of LSD. My friend handled it surprisingly well. I have no idea how the LSD survived so long, maybe all the preservatives in the drink buffered it somehow. Maybe there was just so much LSD in there that it hadn't all decayed. It doesn't make any kind of sense. Re: Health hazards of LSD - it's about as safe as drugs come as far as toxicty goes. The effective dose is tiny and there is no known lethal dose. If I remember correctly it's theoretically lethal if you take what amounts to several hundred thousand doses at once. It is potentially dangerous psychologically, especially if you have pre-existing problems. Personally, I think it would be good for most people to take it once in their life. Turn the knob a little bit on the doors of perception, it's educational! Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.
