I love these clips. I feel ashamed of America though. :( I think I"m moving to Canada. If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. - Carl Sagan My Backpack

Give me a camera, a video editor, and 3 hours and I can make a midnight mass school look like a Klan meeting.

I think Jay Leno has shown perfectly well that there are stupid Americans out there, so I don't think that's in dispute. Continually pointing out that Americans don't know much about Canada might be entertaining to Canadians (since the premise behind both shows is "idiots who don't know commonsense knowledge"), but I don't know that that makes them stupid! It's sort of like the Mega64 people, whose comedic premise is bringing videogame characters into real life situations and laughing at people's uninformed reactions. It makes for a good laugh for the people on the inside (i.e. gamers), but it doesn't mean anyone that doesn't recognize a guy dressed as the merchant from Resident Evil 4 is an idiot. Just a heads up... having worked and currently work in tv/film, here's how this works: Interview over 9000 people. Find the stupid ones. Edit the stupid ones together to make it look like everyone they interviewed is an idiot. Display for the world to see and go "lol America is fucking retarded!" Laugh at it. I did. Don't take it at face value as being the majority situation, however (unless you live in the southern states... then this is probably the majority situation).
