Oh, right, forgot to elaborate on this. It's pretty good so far, the gameplay's all there and it's damned fun to try taking on a mech in your little armored jumpsuit for the first part of a match. Like the regular Crysis' MP it's set up for long matches, but there's not enough people at this stage to really get into a drawn-out battle with 30-60 people. There's only three or four maps in this version of the beta (only tried two of 'em), and they're all pretty rough, with very few physics objects and a ton of clipping problems like falling through rooftops and getting buried underwater. The GUI's a little messy, if you want to nitpick on a really early version of it. Other then that, it's pretty balanced, the mechs look great, and the controls are way more well-suited for the job. It's a lot easier and a lot less frustrating than your usual giant-robot-fighting keyboard mashup. So if you have Crysis and you're into this kind of thing, check it out, by all means. If you have Crysis and you're looking for a multiplayer experience that mixes it up, I'd say wait until most of the glaring problems get fixed. Win Cookies Awarded: 7 (bawwwwww)

I've been convinced to finally buy crysis
Edit: And now i have some problems. First of all, I have no idea if the steam version is version 1.21, which is needed to play. Second of all, if it is the right version, i certainly can't join any games. Any thoughts?

I FOUND THE PROBLEM! You need the previous version and then you can patch it. I knew there was something up when the whole mod was 17 mb.... http://www.onionwars.net/mwll/MWLL-OpenBeta1.rar <--- took me forever to find.
