I played for about 2 hours tonight and noticed that the server was packed full of tomb regulars, pDs, ctf players, the people who make the mod, and even some vdus were there too. I've yet to play on it with more than a small handful of people, I think 6 or 7 at most :( I was having a lot of fun with the cloak rune though... Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.

i took a break from mapping last night and played a bit. there were about 15 people playing and it was wonderful. i am actually almost done porting all the maps over, so the new Tomb is already running a nice map cycle. another week or two and it will be awsome. maybe when i'm done, i will make a new map just for HL2CTF.

were you able to find dm_island17 ? I know its got lots of watter in it, which may cause a slight problem, but its supposed to be 100% reflective (or pretty close) because its a sunny day =)
AND the watter kills on touch =)

sorry blood, i have to admit i didn't get to it yet. the reason is i don't have the map and i haven't hat too much time to be able to search for a good version online. if anybody has a good version of the map and wants to e-mail it to me, it would speed up the process a lot.

oh and if you would explain this water kills you thing to me that would be helpfull in building it. also what kind of map do you want this to be? my opinion would be a timed domination map, but if you want me to make a flag system i can think of a way, but i don't think that map is build well for that kind of a system.

The mapper doesnt want the play to be taken into the watter (like dod_omaha) so it was made in a way that if you went into the watter, it would start draining your life in large chunks (like slapping you)
