So my girlfriend had this ASUS laptop that was supposed to be the bees knees three years ago. Problem is, it doesn't hold a charge very well, the battery would have to be special ordered, and it takes a dump on her whenever she tries to play games on it.

Now she doesn't play the most graphic intensive games, probably the shiniest game she plays is alice 2. She's mostly into puzzle platforms and torchlight. So any suggestions would be appreciated

Mostly online schoolwork with a little bit of gaming on the side. Plays a lot of limbo, tl2, and amnesia. Hoping to get something around 700 hopefully less, don't know much about laptop prices

Sorry, can't really help you there.

I've never been too keen on laptop tech and prices. I just use whatever laptop my employer issues me. If I buy anything for myself it'll probably be a Samsung or Microsoft tablet.
