Is a very good, fun map. What makes it even more fun is the fact that in median between the two teams, are trains that zoom past every once in while, either blocking people who want to get away with the flag, or killing people who step in the tracks when it comes. Here is my copy of the map, I don't know if this is what the server can use or not, but I'll post it anyway. Check it out.

i don't know if whut needs just the .bsp to play the map or not. when i send him map files, i send him a few extra ones as well then get created when you compile the map in HAMMER. i don't know if they are needed to host the map or if they are just info files. i'm sure whut can give you an answer.
