I distrust any chinese food places that don't have any chinese working for them. I think it should be a law that you have to be chinese in order to prepare chinese food. I distrust any Chinese/Vietnamese food place that isn't dirty. A clean resteraunt means they're food taste like crap, customers dont come, and they have way too much time on their hands to clean the place. If the place ain't dirty, don't eat there.

Heh...I dunno what my regional food is...but I live in NYS...so w/e. Pizza is the shit though.  Love to Italians for that dish and pasta...god damn. 3 AM...I'm starvin!!! i cant help it if the day you went in he was off, but i sware, even in canada, all the restraunts (that serve good food that is) except the mexican restraunts have mexican cooks! i didnt say i wanted the dog meat special...
and i often go across the border into mexico, go to the border states and go into canada on 4wd trips. although not as much as i used to with paul around =( but once he gets out of school, im back to my trips =) I am not an alcoholic... Y'know, I work with flash in my e-fed, so I knew it wasn't a picture, and the filename wasn't any kind of picture from a camera or a food, and I still clicked it. Just sad. Nice work catching a n00b sleepin'. And as for Mexicanos in restaurants, bloodhands is right AND wrong. Don't always gotta be the cook y'know? They like washing dishes, mopping floors, annoying customers at the register by not speaking english or the language of that country should you be somewhere less cool where they don't speak english... i work at a chinese restaurant. we have ONE asian on staff. and he's a server. the cooks are ALL mexican. with the exception of the 4 head chefs. Also every single one of our bussers are mexican, and all of our back of the house (dishwashers, prep cooks) are all mexicna except for one guy. all the servers are white. we had 2 chinese cooks once, but they quit after 2 weeks. haha.
