Yes me and Craig are banned. I'm sorry Machinehead, you run a great server, you have always been a nice guy when I have played with you, and I would like to continue talks about aquiring some of your maps. Your new stance on enforcing a rule, that seems to many, very flawed made a lot of people unhappy. However I do not feel the need to play on your server ever again, so my ban can stay. Thanks for the happy times on your server but now its on to bigger and better things. You wanna take this to Fuck Town?

don't make a big deal about this guys, if he doesn't want people to be capping flags, he should host a deathmatch server, not a CTF server. as for changing your name, we don't care if you want to change your name everyday. but if its anything else then what we know you as here, then you should remove your tag so admins don't think your impersonating a pDs member. i read all about this situation on the CTF forums and i laughted all the way through. he is trying to do something that he can't possibly do, but he is certainly going to try. i say let him, he is going to esentially be sending all the good players to the tomb, so i'm not going to stop him. if he is going to put a lot of time inforcing this rediculous rule, well then a lot of players will get banned for the stupidest reason on earth and will have to find another server to play on (the Tomb). so let him, there is a limited player base already and he is going to be banning about 2/3 of them from his server just for completing the objective of the game.

The rule from my foums
3. Score should never be more then a 5 point spread top players should switch to the other team, stop capping, go to spectator till you can go to losing team, turn a blind eye to a noob with the flag on losing team, or votemap to change the map to mix things up. These games that are always 1 sided causes new players to leave the mod so any good player not willing to follow these will be banned to protect the new players.
From june up till I banned the 5 players it has worked well. Many players that was here when we was lucky to fill a 10 player server know what Im doing and has always helped. 1 player from june till this week was banned for this. The few players that was banned this week would join the map then see they were on a noob team vs someone good and swap to the winning team to make matters worse I was just using the 3 caps to tell me who had the ability to turn a game. I dont push this rule until it happens 10 maps in a row for 3 days 10-1 like it did this week .
The members of pl and zen has always helped me keep thing balanced and its not fair to these guys if other good players will not help.
If you dont like this rule dont play there my guess is you dont have the skills to bring a game back from 5-0 and dont enjoy a challenge or you can only own noobs so your not welcome there.

Also the server is close to 1.5 million kills in 3 and a half months and the next clostest server is easy gaming with 419,000 (online over a year) and the tomb has 120,000 kills.
I'll just keep runing the server wrong it dont work. lmao
No peace this post never caused a problem only 4 members came into the server screwing around 30 minutes after it was posted.
pds members who dont mind a challenge are more then welcome there I played with a few yesterday and they were very skilled and showed some honor for there tag.

I realize that you and I do not know each other very well at all but I would still like to apologize for the some of the things that I have read on here the last day or so. For the life of me I cannot imagine why and where so many of my clan mates get off on involving themselves so much into the way someone else runs their server. I for one realize that you pay money and have hours of your life invested into running the fight club. We should able to honor and respect that by following the rules you set for play there. The Fight Club is designed for the enjoyment of new players. This allows those new players to stay with the game long enough to develop some skills and move along into the servers that are a little more of a challenge. If these new players were to just be smothered by the better players in CTF every time they played then they would leave for good and there would be no new blood to keep the CTF community going. I for one respect the hell out of Machinehead for standing up for what he believes in no matter how unpopular it would seem to be. We all benefit from what this guy has done for CTF. He knows and understands this game a hell of alot better than any of us do. Keep in mind that alot of the things people have come to love about the Tomb has been shaped around watching what works and what doesnt on the Fight Club. The Fight Club has been pioneer in alot of the things we have been trying to acomplish here since we converted from DM. I for one would love to see relations between these two servers be as strong as they can possibly be.
The same people I hear making all the noise here would have an absolute fit if people came into the Tomb and did these kinds of things just because they did not like our rules. I would like to believe that the people here would not expect a friend to change their house rules for them every time that friend invited them over for dinner. I would think that people would take their damn shoes off when they stepped into their friends house no matter how much you felt the need to track dirt on the carpet. You would take your shoes off as a sign of respect and appreciation. If this would be too much for you to handle then you just don't go to that friends house for dinner. Hopefully that is not too complicated. So if you dont like the way the Fight Club is run than just DO NOT GO THERE. There is no need to have a big fit over the way someone else runs their own game.
So please do not feel that all of PDS feels this way. There are still the vast majority here who "honor their tags" and who are more than willing to respect your rules when playing in your house. The same way these people would expects others to respect our rules when playing in our house.

I think your rules are absurd, but I respected them; that's why I left. I simply will not go into a server when I do not agree with the rules. I posted this in OUR forum so that members of my clan will not get ban threats like I did if they choose to play the fight club over the tomb. As for what they interpreted this as, I am not accountable for the actions of other pDs members. If they screwed around, then that is not my fault - I cannot control them, and each one of these members knows the rules of being a pDs member and how it applies to any server; they take accountability for their own actions. Machinehead, I never had and will ever have problems with you. I think you must have something special about your hospitality that keeps the Fight Club running with a lot of people every day. I respected your rules, so I left your server after I found out about them so I wouldn't break any. So, all I am asking is for you to respect me by not placing blame on me for the actions of people I cannot control. We're all mature (or at least that is what is expective of us here), so the blame is on them for not upholding this. We have dozens of members in the clan and almost 300 views on this page, so there is little to say on the matter that this is my fault if only four people screwed around. On behalf of the clan however, we are sorry for what those four people have done.
