ok...here is the deal. i reloaded steam because hammer took a huge dump on my machine and i figured it couldn't hurt to reload everything. x-fire doesn't work in half-life or ctf, and i found because x-fire doesn't think i have it installed. well i do, but thats why it won't work. you can find out what games are installed by going in x-fire to options and clicking the games tab. if somebody could look at their x-fire and tell me the path they have for their hl2 and ctf games that would help because i can seem to get mine to work. i even uninstalled x-fire and reinstalled it and it still won't work.

Ok this is what I got so far for ya. The pathway for HL2 and HL2DM are the same: C:\Program Files\Steam The Xfire should have auto-detected the games if it is updated, but things rarely work as they should. If it still doesnt work I will look for alt methods to fix the detection issue. When drunk and can't aim for your life, trust the crowbar. OMG LOOK AT THE AWESOME HL PROGRESS!
