I have received permission to use select Machinehead maps that we all know and love from our days on the the Fight Club here on the Tomb.

The author wants to keep distribution of these maps somewhat restricted at least until the release of 1.8 so I would expect that we here at the Tomb will honor those wishes. We want to show how much we appreciate Machineheads generosity in sharing these with us.

During the process of installing these maps on the Tomb I started running into problems and then got word that the switch to the new server Tempest might be going on today so this is an exciting day X2. I will finish installing the maps after Tempest is online.

I will let you know when the process of getting these maps up is finished.

Did I say that I was going to stop working with our own community? I seem to have missed that somewhere. All of our mappers have maps currently available on the TOMB except for Shignog. That is only because he is just starting out. I LOVE these guys because they are the one helping me keep new ideas out there.

With that being said I will also say that Machineheads stuff is good and is well known and loved in the CTF community. You know the kind of stuff that keeps people coming back time and time again.

Lets take a little advice from Aretha Franklin about R-E-S-P-E-C-T why dont we?

aye but does CTF have enough players for the same formula to be successful twice? i'm doubtful... i never seem to see only a handful of players on at once. i think we'd be better focusing on our own UNIQUE brand, and focus on getting people who otherwise may not play CTF.

Aretha also sang "I never loved a man (the way I love you)"
