you sir have a leak!!!

go to the coordinates of the item leaked and search around for a  crack between 2 brushes that is looking into the void outside your map. These are always a pain in the ass to find. A quick way to check if you have fixed the leak is to compile in expert mode---->use only vbsp (not vrad or vvis)------> and in the bsp command line box add the prompt -leaktest

Now if bsp runs all the way the leak is fixed. If not go back and check again. this should save you some time.
You wanna take this to Fuck Town?
Oh gadzooks, yes!

now that you have compiled your map and you know you have a leak,  go to  tools(?) / load pointfile

then there will be a red line where your leak is, it makes it easier to find and fix.  then you have to recompile your map.
