Sheesh... These boards have been really quiet the last couple of day. I need you guys to keep me entertained while I am stuck here at work. Hopefully this meants you are all on the server having a good time while I am stuck here watching from the sidelines.  Days off are getting closer and I am to start stirring shit up again when I dont have to be stuck in the joint.. It can be sorta good though.. I sit here and daydream up some really good stuff. When I cant sneak off the beaten path that is...
Anyway Tues will be here.. Right after Monday I think and I play to get some new stuff underway... I will get to be at home where I can flip lots of switches, push lots of buttons and actually be in a server once in awhile. Yeah I will proably drive Whut crazy again but aint that mah job! You should have seen when I loaded a midi file into the crypt motd and everybody got to play nuke football to a pounding drum devil music type beat.. Heck how was i suppsed to know the sound did not shut off after a person clicked ok.. sheesh..Anyway that is suspened til I can find a clip of scary shit that will only last during the opening of a level.. i am thinking of something like 10 to 30 seconds.Anyway just one of the ideas I am playing with on sprucing the joint up.. Also new maps for the TOMB on the way. I also have something new for the Crypt that looks kick ass..
I think I am going to make Tues.. New release days.. This will be the day that people can count on finding new shit on the Tomb to check out.
We have sorta stubbed our toe the last couple of days but I am not here to just sit around and look good. We will get this moving forward again.
In the meantime.. GET ON THOSE SERVERS Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy

What is going on with that? It seems like we aren't filling up like we were before. The trend we were seeing stagnated. http://www.hl2ctfstats.com/hlstatsx/hlstats.php?mode=servers&server_id=26&game=hl2ctf I take a little of the blame, I haven't had more than a few hours per week to play recently :( Good news though - I may be getting a new job soon which will mean more $$$ which will mean a wife more willing to let me sit alone in the dark on my computer for long periods of time ;) Also, more $$$ = better computer. Somethings wrong with logging and hlstats... so I had to disable it. That put a bunch of people off.

Meh- who cares? It's just a bunch of meaningless points. You can get into any server with it enabled and one curious n00b and cap like 50 times to get points. They're so pointless it seems. I mean- if I played other servers, I'd have alot more, but I'm Tomb devoted and now without them, I feel free of that burden of actually caring whether or not I die. The last few times I've played I've laughed so damn hard with some of my deaths. I mean- in roaches, llenta got me with a mag from behind, and my body fell over the air duct grate, and just hung there. It was so awesome lmao. re: Points - since they have been off I have felt like I don't suck as much. I think it may be that watching my points go down as noobs killed me was having some kind of subconscious effect on me. I have decided to completely ignore points from now on, I don't mind if they come back to the Tomb or anything - I just won't pay close attention to how much I lose when I get killed :) Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.
