i have noticed that compared to the other weapons in this mod that the shotgun is a bit overpowered. this is just my opinion, but i want to know what you guys think. i figure that if enough people agree we can probably get it toned down just a bit.

Bah. First it's the SMG is too powerful . . . too many orbs . . . mag is a bit much . . . Now it's shotty is too powerful. Why don't we just get rid of all the weapons and have all the spawn rooms supplied with a healthy amount of sticks and stones, because crowbars and stun sticks are not evenly matched? What's next, remove the grav gun because you can still get a one-shot physics kill? I'd rather masterbate onto a cat. Good thing I don't have access to a cat is all I can say.

I think the shotgun on most maps works just fine. Less damage farther away, more damage close up, lots of damage in the face.

It depends. Pedestal makes it crazy, but fair seeing how its so small. I hated it for a while, but it adds for those last second saves in most situations. The mag is great because its realistic. You nail someone with a .357 they're going down, Rebel or Combine. DM takes like all 6 shots plus more sometimes. Too bad CTF dun allow modded damages. I'm fairly certain they don't- hence why the XBow doesn't do insta-kills on the server. yes, but the x-bow does a lot more damage on the FC server.
