i shoot afk players because i get shot when i type. if you are going to be afk, you take the chance of being killed. you can only get killed once anyway since you won't respawn after being shot unless you hit a button, so i say 1 death is the penalty for being afk.

My point...is that if 3 people AFK then they are slowin things down server wise...if they got shit do then...leave and come back. But if I am playing and I run by a AFK player..well then hes catching a arrow.
I cant teh recall the exact [pDs] rule but I am sure its not tolerated.
If you bitch about being killed and you were AFK well, personall, then thats just playin being a bitch. Hey look if your AFK that is the penalty...being snuffed over and over till you return, that was your choice.
This comes down to stats and thats it. Why does anyone care if we hit an AFK? Its FREE. You get another guy and actually start over, dont freek out.
Its not the end of the World...
AHhh I dont know...but if your AFK that is your bad.

AFKs are kicked, they mess up the balance of teams (i.e. 3 AFKs on one team cripples it). end of story. including members of pDs. if they go spec mode, then they arent interfering with team balance, but if the server becomes full specs are liable to be kicked. if there is no admin playing and the server is full of them then xfire someone. yeah, i'm a cranky 'oul fucker. deal with it.

how do you go into spectator mode? somebody told me that you just type spectator in the console but i tried that and it didn't work.
