Had quite an interesting conversation with Filliam the other day while playing on the Omaha map. A basic rule in the Trench Foot server states that in Omaha, allies are not to step inside german spawn rooms in the bunkers. Obviously this being spawn camping he took care of those who decided to go retard and ignore the rules. Anyway while allies are still allowed to go in the bunkers there is no rule that states that they cannot camp in the bunkers as long as its not the spawn room. Now my idea is having this flaw...

Taken care of. While this "room" isnt considerd the spawn there should be a rule stating that you shouldn't be allowed to camp in this room, especially with an MG making it all the more harder. Or at least having a rule stating that allies shouldn't be allowed to shoot inside german spawn rooms.

To balance this there should be a rule stating the same concept for the allies who spawn in the boats. As long as allies dont shoot while in the boat they should get somewhat of a chance to get out of the boats w/o getting shot at immediately after taking only 1 step which makes this all the more frustrating. This map is quite abit frustrating as it tends to get one sided if either side manages to keep the enemy at their spawn points without getting a chance to fight back.

Overall I think this map should be redone to keep each side from entering each others spawn points. Its not often I play in a map that doesn't have some kind of barriers to keep the enemy away from your spawn. Since I doubt there will be anymore changes to this map by balancing out the spawning issue then there should at least be somewhat of a fair rule to make spawning possible, and hopefully less frustrating.

This has been talked about before. Grenades serve a purpose. I have no problem getting past a mger in that room. It only takes one death to know where they are. Then you take steps to ensure they don't get you again... and if they do at least you get them with a nade.

I have a field day with campers on both sides on that map. grenades = easiest kill against campers.
