I sat in front of the screen a couple times over the last 3 weeks drafting a new announcement and it's just not enough. More words and excuses for the delay than shots.

Basically zero had a couple weeks out with work while I juggled some work I had going on and now it's just the opposite, zero is cranking out new code while I am totally under the gun to get work done for my clients.

The final TODO list is ready and we thought about posting it, but again, text and not much to look at until we get a map ready for the first playtest. That will go down this week and should allow us a VERY healthy announcement on the overall progress this weekend...

With that said and in an attempt to release something other than all this text I just typed, one of the things that ate up the majority of September was the recompilation of the player models and adding new animations to all of the view models so we have hand-held flag carrying as you can see in the following shot:



I know it's not much and maybe some already know about this outside the playtest group, but as I said, it took a lot of work to make this relatively minor change. Maybe to some a huge change.

Maybe we should try to get a pDs person onto the playtesting team?!?
