Dead Boys
and quite honestly, if you look and listen hard enough, the first two bands on my 4 band list have pretty much inspired any good rock music out today. that includes the other two bands on my list.
If you feel the need to discuss I will be sure to prove you wrong on that one.

Nirvana is meh,never was really ever into Black Sabbath,The stooges are good,heard some of the dead boys not allot heard allot more stuff from stiv bators, but if you are talking about major influnce I would have to choose The Velvet Underground,Husker Du,Frank Zappa,The Sex Pistols eventough I dont like them they influnced a handfull of good bands  http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b189/ZorchPsychobilly/manonfire.jpg
