And llenta, running can only bring better health.  I too am doing it for health reasons - another post.  I started out not running because of a knee injury.  Didn't want to have it replaced because of running.  Well, by not running, I was ensuring I wouldn't have that problem, 'cause I would be dead.   I would much rather worry about replacing a knee when I'm 65, than not ever reach that age to worry about it.

Yean, and as for the ladies, if you're a smaller person, your package stands out more, relative.  The opposite is true; just ask Jack Black.
