Shit that things old its useing edo ram. I clean out my computer about once a month,i clean out the computer when i reforamt it my computer which is once a month so i do it all at one time. Since this thread has been hijacked, I have a TiVo, which is made from off-the shelf computer parts it seems. The fan, which looks like any computer fan, is really dirty and makes a whining noise. I used a vacuum to clean it, but I don't think I got all of it. I can't open up the box to get in there with some Q-tips and alcohol because if I open the box, it will void the warranty. How to get the fan from whining without opening the box? Any help will be appreciated with a dick in a box. (And where the heck does Xy get those great pics?) You should be more like Cantrip. Because i do alot of modding of my system files to play games with out having to use the cd, you modding other progams like ahmmer, photoshop and others, and with all themap making, game playing, and all my muti-media stuff it starts to bog my computer down so i do it every month and i have not had any problems with it, ya i know you are suppose to reformat every six months, but by the end of six months my computer would most likely not boot up into windows, Plus i have a sata drive which runs windows, so to reforamt and reinstall everything again its like 2 hours for the whole thing, so why not every month?
