This problem is only with vent.  I have changed modems thinking it was craptastic messing it up.  Problem stays... I uninstalled and reinstalled vent, it still happens.  I can play with no problems off of vent.  It really sucks cause I missed some nice loot during a 10 man boss raid on wow.  Its very, very annoying.  I tried changing priority levels for ventrillo and still nothing.  My next step is to nuke the computer and fresh install xp pro.  Also nothing appears in the event logs for windows on this error.  Its just does this.
