This Christmas I have spent loads of money on my computer, I replaced EVERYTHING inside my old faulty computer with my crimbo money and stuff given to me as prezzies. I decide to spend my last bit of money on a new PSU. That lousey piece of shit blew up EVERTHING inside my puter so all my games and stuff are now gone. All my new stuff which I only just got for my puter is now back in its original boxes ready to be taken to the dump. Is it possable to take some stuff back to the shops to get a refund?, even though It was my fault as the first time I turned my computer on it was fine but when I unplugged it all to put it back on my shelf and plug it all back together again, when inserting the power lead into the back of the PSU I didnt realise the cable was still on which made the, cheaply made PSU fuck eveything right up.

well you get what you pay for.
with that said, you can try to take your part back to wherever you bought them from. But i wouldn't tell them your an idiot, just tell them they never worked in the first place. most likely they will look at the part, if there is no visible damage they will probably replace it with the same thing (assuming you bought it from a reputable company and not a ma/pa shop). it would be a waste of time for them to try and prove you did damage to the part. they will just send it back to the manufacturer themselves. i hope you didn't get all your parts from the same place, cause then it might look a bit strange.
