Ummm, it was on the news, as a follow up kinda thing, aparently the kid was unzipping the costume and pulling on the actors hair. Then the actor "pushed him away." Anyways i was talking to my dads friend who said it was self defence, and that the family stopped persuing because they would loose the law suit. Also there was some talk about tigger being a girl which means any further persuit would lead to the familys down fall. Just look at how it slowly disolved from the news.
