Just wanted to apologize to you all for being somewhat of a disappearance lately. I have been building up mines in my coloines and basically taking the turtle aproach. I tried to go charcs style of fleet saving but im neither smart enough or have enough time management to do that :(. so im just ganna make sure my defenses are strong enough to make it so even if my entire fleet is at home im still a terrible target. this means tho im throwing in most of my rez into defense in the last week....Ive prolly built over 400 defensive units over the last 2 weeks.....the attacks ive resiecved have been crippling...ive lost my entire fleet probably 3-4 times buttt once again things are loooking up most of my colonies have metal mines above 13 and ive got over 200k of cry and deut stored safely in my main 2 colonies.....if anyone needs deut DESPERATLY ill send a SC to them....but ill hopefully use that rez for reaserach so anyways i kinda rambled.... just wanted u guys to know im still here and will aid u in anyway possible....fyi i noticed ruin is kicked out of pds im ganna start to raid his planents......if anyone objects pleze let me know Code:<a href="http://www.sloganizer.net/en/" target="_blank" title="Sloganizer - the slogan generator"><img src="http://www.sloganizer.net/en/image,Sloganizer,white,black.png" border="0" alt="generated by sloganizer.net" title="This slogan was generated by sloganizer.net"/></a>

Naww.. go for it and do what you gotta do...
I held out hope for Ruin and let him get up to 14 days inactive before I finally had to let him go. Anybody who stays away that long is safe to say is long gone from the game..
If he ever does come around again just let us know and we will be happy to have him in again. Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy

nothing wrong in going turtle, i know for a fact that 3 of the top guys in VLB alliance have no fleets whatsoever and have mines up in the 25,s.
what they have tho is researched and built right up to the point that when they want to build a fleet it will take no time cos they have nanite factorys and tons of res.
If you speedsim your def against 60 b/s not to many ppl will attack you because of the losses so always have a few recyclers close by to mop up any probe activity. Another plan if your gonna turtle is put loads of light fighters outside your base an try for a moon chance. The defence will repair 70% worth anyways.
Another thing is, if you are getting a lot of attention in your main planet, move to one of your other planets for a while and ship up the res on a couple of LC. There is a lot of undefended res in gal 5 in the 5 400+. i have put lady onto this as well to get her fleet back up. plus i havent even been probed in 5 yet. if u need res let me know i can always ship some around. plenty of crystal and metal but not deut im afraid.

I was on a fleet building binge up until last weekend. Now I'm back in the research and building mode and starting another colony. I'm hoping the war thing kinda passes us by for a while.
I do have 4BS and 25 Cruisers just in case...
