As for me, I'm not one to enjoy attacking that much. I am more of a revenging person instead of the one starting the trouble.

LOL - I put a few people on my non-agression list early on after they contacted me.  Now I stick to inactives or guys with ranks/alliances that aren't too much of a threat.  Does he have friends nearby that can give you grief?  If not, pwn him.
