The war with soilwork is officially over although strikes can be carried out by either side at any time. They just have to be under bashing rules.

War can always be redeclared at anytime though.

EDIT: over the last few days I have lost 1400 pts from people mindlessly slapping 100 battleships each time into my most heavily defended planets. They did this even though the planets had been emptied of ships and res so I figure they are just out to damage my rank now. Anyway rather than trying to repair defenses over and over again I have decided to put extra moola into my fleet building instead so I should have 100+ battleships here soon as well.

Gal 1 guys: Just so you know.. the corsairs have gotten hostile here lately and i can locate at least 150+ battleships for their leader Down to you alone.
