There is some guy in my galaxy who has pretty much colonized everything, Should I be very aggresive and attack them all for res which will probly lead to constant battles till I leave for 30. Or should i let him be? In other words, if I want to go somewere should I be aggresive or turtle?

And as for bashing rules is there a limit on how many colonys I can hit in a certain amount of time?
