Both my Gal 5 planets showed a probe from 5:307:6 so I went to the Galaxy screen and what did I see? Takuma YAKUZA Sato (ranked 24) has a moon there. Now that's 73 systems away so I kinda doubt he's using the phalanx. But this can't be a good thing.
