Well - since I got crashed I figure I might as well clean house. 3 of the 9 planets I'm running have less than 100 fields. Hell, my largest is only 171 fields. I will be offloading all the resources and shutting them down over the next few days in order to find new planets, hopefully with a lot more fields. This means I will take a serious hit in the points department. It also means losing two level 7 shipyards. On the bright side it will mean less to worry about for a while.
Gal 1 - I will be vacating Glaucoma for a while - sorry Grumpy. I used up all the fields there. I can still build defenses and ships, but I will be building up my fleet in Gal 4 and 5. Flatulence will be destroyed.
Gal 3 - Melanoma Minor will be destroyed. I've used 74 of the 76 fields already. Time to find another home.
Gal 4 - Both Osteoporosis and Swampland will remain in use. The moon at 4:408:5 might force a move to Gal 5 until I can come back and destroy it.
Gal 5 - Hypertension will be destroyed. I built it as a halfway point between 4:407 and 5:380 only to find out that the deut cost doesn't change whether you go halfway or all the way. Rheumatoid Arthritis and Bursitis will remain in use. I really want to catch and destroy Air in 5:383.
Gal 6 - This is my escape planet of last resort. I am building it up as another capable main except that I haven't added any defenses. If any pDs folks below my rank want to farm it feel free - probe first in case I'm building. I will occasionally build some SC or LC and siphon off resources, but for the most part it is stand alone.
I'm down but not out. Slack actually got a little more than half of my total fleet. The rest are just scattered. As I pull them together in Gal 4 and then Gal 5 I will come back even stronger. Now it's just a matter of how much longer I am allowed to play.
