Well, you can do 6. In a month you can get there just by doing your weekly runs. Then, on the weekends do 7, then 8, then 9 then 10 four weeks later. Well that 10k was this morning. I was doing alright until between miles 4 and 5. I got a really bad side stitch and had to slow down alot. That killed my time. By the way, powerbar gel tastes worse than you would believe. Bike wrote:I like to make werewolf movies.
