This will be my last thread on this forum for 6-8 months. I will be on the ship USS Nimitz, we deploy on April 2nd, 2007, so keep an eye on the news on Monday morning for my ship. Me and about 12,000 of my shipmates in my battle group will be out there defending those freedoms every American here enjoys so much, so keep us all in your thoughts and prayers guys.  I'll miss every on here while I'm out there, if you feel the same way then you can just write me at bodem@nimitz.navy.mil and keep in touch with me though my own ships e-mail. I'll write back when I can, just keep me up to date on things with the clan and all the whacky things whut does and such. I'll have you guys in my thoughts, Lone Wolf

My father was a Lt. on an aircraft carrier back in the day (USS Hancock) and I've heard so many stories from the ship. Hope everything goes well out there. By the way, what do you do on the Nimitz? Also, if you write my real name "Herrick" on a bomb, you'll get major props. Better yet, how about an official {pDs} bomb with all our sn's written on the side? But make sure its a big one .
